Safety menu in the upper right, click Delete
Browsing History... .
- Deselect (i.e., uncheck)
Preserve Favorites website data,
and select (i.e., check) Temporary Internet files,
Cookies, and History.
- Click
Delete.
Internet Explorer 7
- From the
Tools menu in the upper right, select
Delete Browsing History.
- Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click
Delete
files... .
To delete your cookies, click Delete Cookies.
- Click
Close, and then click OK to exit.
Firefox 3.5 for Windows
- From the
Tools menu, select Clear Recent
History... .
- From the
Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the
desired range; to clear your entire cache, select
Everything.
- Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose what history
elements to clear (e.g., check
Cookies to clear cookies).
Click Clear Now.
Firefox 3 for Windows
From the Tools menu, select Clear Private
Data... , and then check Cache and
Cookies. Click Clear Private Data Now.
Safari
- From the
Safari menu, select
Reset Safari... .
- From the menu, only select
Empty the cache and Remove
all cookies, then press Reset.
Firefox 3.5 for Mac OS X
- From the
Tools menu, select Clear Recent

The cause of the problem may include:
- We do not have your email address. Please send us your name, email address, school, and state in an email to ezine@allamericanpublishing.com.
- The email address we have is outdated. Please confirm your name, email address, school, and state in an email to ezine@allamericanpublishing.com.
- Your email system is blocking our email. Please consult your school’s system administrator. They may be able to allow our email to bypass their filter.
- The emails are going to your spam/junk/bulk inbox. Most email applications have an inbox or folder that stores all bulk email. These filters may be interpreting our email as spam. If you find our email in this folder there should be a way to mark the message as non-spam.
Your association newsletter is created to display in Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is installed on almost every computer, however the online newsletter requires version 9 or higher. It’s possible that your computer has an older version of Adobe Flash Player. If this is the case, a message will appear in place of the newsletter directing you to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. If you need help updating Adobe Flash Player, please email us at ezine@allamericanpublishing.com.
No problem. Visit your association’s launch page. The launch page has three main links on the right half of the page: Read, Print, and Help. Clicking Read will display the interactive version of the newsletter. Clicking Print will display a printable version of the newsletter.
Yes. In fact, we welcome your contributions. Please submit all your content to your association’s publications chair or email them directly to ezine@allamericanpublishing.com.
Yes. We prefer to feature unique photos from your school or district instead of our own photography. Please send your photos and video to ezine@allamericanpublishing.com or by mail on a CD or DVD to:

You can access the newsletter in the following ways:
- Type the address in your browser’s address bar (ex: http://wssaaa.wehelpschools.com).
- Click the link in the email you receive with every new issue.
- Visit http://www.wehelpschools.com/partnerships and find your association in the list of partners. Then click the newsletter cover.
- Visit your association's website and click on the newsletter link.

Yes. Let us know if you would prefer to have the newsletter sent to a personal address rather than the one at the school. You can provide that alternative delivery address by filling out a subscription form or by emailing ezine@allamericanpublishing.com.
Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher is needed to view the magazine. If your browser does not meet this requirement you will recieve the below messages. Please follow the steps below to install Flash Player.
NOTE: The following steps are for Internet Explorer, but other browsers have similar messages.
1. Click "OK" at the first message you see when opening the magazine for the first time.
2. An information bar will appear at the top of the page. Click on the bar and select "Install Active X Control".
3. Click "Install" at the next message.
4. The magazine will appear in a few minutes.

- Every single page in the interactive magazine can contain comments. You can see how many comments have been added to a page by the comments counter on the bottom of each page.

- Log in to read and post comments (see next question for how to login).
- You will then see comments for the current pages that you are reading.
- If you want to read or add comments to the magazine you must first log in.
- Click

- Enter your password.
This is your membership number followed by your last name (example: 456SMITH)
- Click

- Locate a page with comments and click

- Log in if necessary (see previous question for how to login).
- You will then see comments for the current pages that you are reading.
- Click on
to add a comment to that page
- Write your comment in the box and click

- Comments are automatically tagged with your name, high school and email address unless your association has enabled the privacy option.
- Your comment should automatically appear in the comments area.
- While viewing the magazine, any comments added by other readers will not display until you click
