March and April are packed months for state associations since well over half of the states that host annual conferences do so in these spring months.  These are busy times for us as well as All-American was delighted to attend several conferences this year and was warmly received at each.  It was particularly enlightening to hear how the turbulent economy has affected schools and administrators in varying communities across the country.  At times like these, raising funds and rallying support become all the more important for extra-curricular activities.  A common, inspirational thread we took away from each personal conversation with athletic directors was a continued commitment and determination to high school programs and athletes in spite of uncertain times.
